At Al-Sunnath Collections, all orders are carefully checked and packed before dispatch.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or resolution, you must provide a continuous, unedited video of the package being opened, clearly showing:
- The sealed package before opening
- The package being opened
- The product received
- The damage, defect, or incorrect item
Without valid unboxing video proof, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement.
Important
Please do not use, wash, alter, or remove tags from the product before contacting us about an issue.
After reviewing the evidence, Al-Sunnath Collections will determine whether the product qualifies for a refund or replacement.
